2. Hosting and technical access data

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA, and delivered through its global network. Technically necessary access data are processed, including IP address, request time, requested URL, and browser and system information. This supports delivery, stability and security. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure website operations).

Netlify’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA) forms part of its contractual terms and includes EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Data may be processed in the United States and by Netlify’s subprocessors. 3. Cookies, analytics and third-party content

We use GoatCounter, operated by Martin Tournoij in Ireland, to count pageviews. Our integration sends only the page path and a random cache-busting value, which does not identify visitors. IP addresses and browser headers are transmitted technically but, according to the provider, are not permanently stored. Statistics are hosted by Hetzner in Germany and Finland.

Our integration uses no cookies or browser storage and does not read screen dimensions. Sessions, individual browsing histories, referrers, locations and device statistics are disabled. Known bots are filtered. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in minimal traffic measurement). Details: GoatCounter privacy policy.

The website has no third-party embeds, external web fonts or contact forms.

4. Contact by email

If you email us, your message and contact details will be processed to respond to your request. Depending on its purpose, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in business correspondence). Data are retained only for the period necessary to handle the inquiry or comply with statutory retention duties.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable legal requirements, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. Please use the contact address above to submit a request.
